Steven C. Wimmer has extensive experience handling Residential Real Estate Transactions from start to finish. This includes drafting Offers to Purchase, Deeds, Closing Papers and all other necessary documents to complete a Real Estate Transaction for your home or investment property. In addition to his Law Degree, Attorney Wimmer has an Undergraduate Degree in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business. Attorney Wimmer is frequently appointed by the Courts to act as a Special Master to facilitate the sale of real estate in certain Court proceedings. He has lectured on this subject in a Continuing Legal Education Seminar.
